Snow Removal
Common-area snow removal runs November through March.
Common-Area Maintenance
Hallways, building exterior, gym, and shared plumbing and irrigation systems. Issues inside your unit are the owner's responsibility.
HOA Insurance
The Association carries property and liability insurance on common areas and the building exterior.
