How early do I need to book?
Saturday nights and holidays book up several months out. Weekday and Sunday events often have more flexibility. Send us your preferred date and we'll let you know what's open.

Private use of the event space for your booked window, basic setup and breakdown, the bar (stocking and staffing are add-ons), house sound system, smart TVs, lighting, and on-site Wyo Stays support throughout your event.
How does pricing work?

What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund 30+ days out, partial refund 14 to 29 days out, deposit retained inside 14 days. Specific terms are in your event contract once we send a package proposal.
