Maple — Pet-Friendly 2BR, Fenced Yard, Sheridan WY

Picture this: you pull up under a big shade maple — the one that gives this home its name — climb the steps of a covered front porch, and let yourself into a bright, freshly refreshed home that smells clean and feels like it's been waiting just for you. Welcome to The Maple, your Sheridan basecamp — a fully furnished, lovingly maintained 2-bedroom home that puts you three easy minutes from downtown while keeping you tucked into one of the city's quietest, friendliest neighborhoods.

This is the kind of place that works whether you're here for a wedding week, a hunting or fishing trip, a Bighorn Mountains adventure, a relocation soft-landing, or a few nights of work travel that you'd rather spend feeling at home than stuck in a hotel. Singles, couples, and families up to four all fit comfortably — and yes, the pup is welcome too.

Inside, the layout flows the way a home should. A welcoming living room with a plush sectional, a cozy gas fireplace, and a large smart TV opens straight into a dining nook and a genuinely great kitchen — warm hickory cabinetry, a gas range, full-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig ready for your first morning cup. Down the hall, the king bedroom is the one guests rave about ("the comfiest beds I've ever slept in in an Airbnb"), with a second bedroom offering a comfortable full bed for the rest of your crew. The bathroom feels like a small upgrade you didn't expect, with travertine tile, a deep soaking tub-and-shower, and a striking stone vessel sink.

Step out back and the fully fenced yard is all yours — safe for kids and dogs, with a dog park and walking trail literally one block away. Come and go on your own schedule with keyless self check-in, stay connected with fast WiFi, and arrive to a home that's been thoroughly cleaned, deodorized, and freshly stocked with the essentials so the only thing you have to think about is what to do first.

Guests keep telling us the same things: spotlessly clean, peaceful, well-stocked, and "felt right at home." That's exactly what we're going for. Settle in, sleep well, and let Wyoming do the rest. Have a question or a special request? Send us a message anytime — we love helping guests get the most out of their stay.

From the moment you step out from under the maple and through the keyless front door, the entire home and backyard are yours, 24 hours a day. No keys to juggle, no front desk, no shared walls — just your own private Sheridan home to come and go from as you please. Here's what's waiting for you:

Living Room — Sink into a roomy sectional in front of the gas fireplace and a large smart TV (perfect for a movie night after a long day in the mountains). Big windows pour in natural light, the décor is warm and distinctly Wyoming, and there's plenty of space to spread out, play a board game, or simply put your feet up.

Kitchen — A bright, fully equipped kitchen built for real cooking: handsome hickory cabinets, a gas range and oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, over-range microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker with a starter supply to get your morning going. Cookware, dishes, utensils, knives, and the everyday basics are all here, so you can keep it casual or cook a full Wyoming spread.

Dining Nook — Gather around a charming round table that comfortably seats four — ideal for shared dinners, morning coffee, or laying out tomorrow's trail map.

King Bedroom — The room guests can't stop talking about. A premium king bed with an upholstered tufted headboard, fresh hotel-quality linens, and blackout-friendly window treatments for deep, restful sleep. ("Hands-down the comfiest beds I've ever slept in in an Airbnb!")

Second Bedroom — A cozy, restful retreat with a comfortable full bed and classic iron frame — great for kids, friends, or a second couple. Soft carpet, calming light, and its own closet.

Bathroom — A genuine little luxury: floor-to-ceiling travertine tile, a deep soaking tub-and-shower combo, a dramatic stone vessel sink on a granite vanity, and plush towels stacked and ready. Plenty of toiletries and paper goods stocked for your whole stay.

Fully Fenced Backyard — Step outside to a private, fully fenced yard — safe for little ones and four-legged travelers alike. A dog park and walking trail sit just one block away, so morning walks and tired, happy dogs come standard.

The Essentials, Handled — Keyless self check-in, fast WiFi for streaming and remote work, in-home laundry essentials, central heating and that warming gas fireplace, and a home that arrives freshly cleaned, deodorized, and stocked. We sweat the details so you don't have to.
